SAIL Recruitment for Specialist/ Hospital Administrator/ Medical Officer – 37   Post Eligibility, Salary, Admit Card, Exam Date, and Full Notification – Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has announced an online notification for recruitment to the post of Specialist, Hospital Administrator, Medical Officer. The selection of candidates for Specialist and Medical Officer posts through SAIL Recruitment 2020 will be done through a Written Test in English for Medical Officer posts and Interview for Specialist posts as mentioned in the SAIL Notification 2020. Educational Qualification for SAIL Recruitment 2020

For Specialist:

• MD/MS/DNB/MDS in Anaesthesia / Dental / Dermatology/ General Surgery /General Medicine / Microbiology / O&G/ Ophthalmology / Orthopaedics /Paediatrics / Pathology / Pulmonary Medicine / Psychiatry / Radiology from an university/ institute recognized by Medical Council of India/ National Board of Examination.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years post qualification experience in the relevant discipline after MD/MS/DNB/MDS.

For Specialist (Transfusion Medicine):

• MD/DNB in Transfusion Medicine / Pathology from a university/institute recognized by Medical Council of India/ National Board of Examination.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years post qualification experience in preparation of Blood components after MD/DNB.

For Specialist (Emergency Medicine):

• MD/MS/DNB in Emergency Medicine / General Medicine/ General Surgery from a university/institute recognized by Medical Council of Examination.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years post qualification experience in Critical Care Unit/ICU/ Casualty after MD/MS/ DNB.

For Hospital Administrator:

• MBBS with Post Graduate Degree in Hospital Administration (MHA) from a university/institute recognized by Medical Council of India/ National Board of Examination.
• Experience: Minimum 03 years post qualification experience in Hospital Administration after MHA.

For Medical Officer:

• MBBS from a university/ institute recognized by the Medical Council of India.
• Experience: Minimum 01-year post qualification experience (after internship) in a recognized Medical College/ Hospital/ Institution.

Age Limit for SAIL Recruitment 2020

Age Limit (as on 30.11.2020): 

• Specialist – 41 years
• Hospital Administrator – 41 years
• Medical Officer – 34 years

Relaxation in Upper age limit:

• For OBC – 3 years
• For SC & ST candidates – 5 years

Application Fee for SAIL Recruitment 2020

• For General – Rs.500/-
• SC/ST/PWD/ESM/Departmental candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee.

Mode Of Payment:

Candidates will be required to pay the Application Fee through Net Banking or Credit / Debit Card. State Bank of India (SBI) has been authorized to collect the application fee through SB Collect on behalf of SAIL.

Selection Process for SAIL Recruitment 2020

• For Specialist and Hospital Administrator, Eligible candidates will be required to appear for an interview.
• For Medical Officer, Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a written test in English. The written test will consist of 100 Objective type questions of post specific.
• The duration of the test would be two hours. The minimum qualifying marks in the written test for EWS/Unreserved posts will be determined based on a 50 percent score.
