Goa Police SI Recruitment 2021 Selection Process
- The candidates who qualify in the documents verification, physical measurements and physical efficiency test for the posts of Police Sub-Inspector and Police Constable and the candidates who qualify in the documents verification for the posts of Searcher, Police Constable (Wireless Messenger) and Lower Division Clerk will be subjected to Written Examination.
- The Written Examination shall be of Graduation level for the post of Police Sub-Inspector and Searcher, Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination level for the post of Lower Division Clerk and Secondary School Certificate Examination level for the post of Police Constable and Police Constable (Wireless Messenger).
- The Written Examination shall be of 100 marks and 02 hours duration on the below mentioned subject:
- General Knowledge – 25 Marks, General English – 25 Marks, Mathematics – 25 Marks, Logical Reasoning – 25 Marks and Total – 100 Marks
- For the post of Lab Technician – The written exam will have questions on Science Graduation Level.
- For the post of ASI – Questions will be asked from Trade of Diploma Level.
- The candidates for the post of Photographer who qualify in the documents verification will be subjected to Written Examination of the Trade of 100 marks nd 02 hours duration.
- The candidates for the posts of Police Constable (Bandman) who qualify in the documents verification will be subjected to the Practical Test which will carry no marks but will be a qualifying Test.
- The candidates who qualify in the Practical Test will be further subjected to the Written Examination of Secondary School Certificate Examination level of 100 marks and 02 hours duration, on the below mentioned subject:-
- General Knowledge – 25 Marks, General English – 25 Marks, Mathematics – 25 Marks, Logical Reasoning – 25 Marks and Total – 100 Marks.
