Getting angry is a natural human tendency. Everyone does get angry sometimes or the other. What makes you different is the way you react when you get angry. One should know how to manage his/her own anger and not let it harm either own self or others. Devise a technique to overcome your anger healthily.
Answer this question very politely while keeping the following points in mind
- Do not say ‘I do not get angry. It is practically impossible for a person to not get angry. It is a feeling present in every person by default. Just the level of severity differs among individuals.
- Do admit that you get angry/frustrated but always mention how you manage your anger so that it doesn’t become a problem for anyone.
