STATE PSC

State PSC or Public Service Commissions are the organisations under a respective state responsible for conducting the examinations for non-gazetted or gazetted posts. Every state has its own PSC for recruiting eligible candidates to various posts according to the eligibility criteria. In this post, we are covering the State PSC with the basic details and the official website where you can download the notification for your desired post.

The Government of India Act, 1935 provided for the establishment of a state PSC at the provincial level. Later, it was given constitutional status by the constitution of India.

Parallel to the Union Public Service Commission in the center, the State PSC works at the state level. The same set of Articles (315 to 323 in Part XIV) of the Constitution also deals with the composition, appointment, and removal of members, power and functions, and independence of a State PSC (Public Service Commission).

RPSC

RPSC or Rajasthan Public Service Commission is affiliated to the Rajasthan Government responsible for conducting the examinations for different posts under the Rajasthan State. The examination process for the selection of candidates to various posts must be transparent and fair. Several exam notifications are released by RPSC every year to recruit thousands of eligible candidates into the administrative departments.
