What are your goals:- Interviewer(s) is highly interested in knowing your goals because a company invests a considerable amount on making its employee a ‘resource’ for the company. They look for candidates whose long term goals can be well-aligned with the company’s own goals.
‘Having known your goals is half the battle won; winning the other half is up to you – how you do it!’
